Mr. David M. Lewis passed away Thursday, February 18th, 2021 at the age of 68 in Lexington, TN. He is survived by his two daughters April Hancock (Dallas) and Heather Crews (Jeremy Thurston). Son Cova Lewis, brother Bruce Lewis, and sister Lisa Lewis-Evans. Four grandchildren Anthony and Andrew Aubrey of KY, Skylar Crews and Declan Thurston of Sardis, TN. Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by parents McCall and Alma Lewis. Henderson County Cremation Services of Tn, LLC is in charge of arrangements.
