Mickey Mantle Hansel passed away on Sunday August 7th, 2022 in Lexington TN. He was preceded in
death by his son Landen Michael Phelps, his brother Robert Lee Hansel, his paternal grandparents Carl
and Dorothy Hansel, his maternal grandparents Peter and Mildred rogers. He is survived by his wife
Meredith Hansel, parents Joe T and Janice M. Hansel, brothers Joe “Smokey” Hansel, Jason (Stephanie)
Hansel, and Jacob (Megan) Hansel, his children Hanna Michele Phelps and Bryleigh Addison Hansel,
along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members. Visitation will be held at Henderson
County Cremation Services of TN, LLC Thursday, August 11th, 2022 from 2pm – 8pm. Visitation will
continue Friday August 12th, 2022 at 1pm with the funeral service to begin at 2pm.
