Danny Lee Rogers

Danny Lee Rogers, 72, passed away on August 22, 2026 in Jackson, Tennessee. He was preceded by parents Enus “Doc” and Letha Rogers, a spouse Wanda Moody Rogers of 27 years, brothers Jimmy Rogers, Alton ”Hop”  Rogers, Thomas “Red” Rogers, and his son Jeffrey Lee Rogers. He is survived by siblings Gary Rogers, Peggy Baker, Dean Coleman, Catherine Gurley, and Beverly Davis. He is also survived by children Renee (Daniel) Cole, Danny (Madison) Rogers, and Donny Rogers. He had 8 grandchildren: Alyssa, Braylon, Asher, Kyrie, Addison, Derek, Isaac, and Grace.

He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who was known for his kindness and friendliness. He  loved being at his home in Scotts Hill and enjoyed spending time with his family going to watch his grandchildren play their sports. He will be dearly missed.

 His visitation will be held at Stanfill Funeral Home & Cremation Tuesday August 25th, 2026 from 10am to 8pm. Visitation will recommence Wednesday August 26th, 2026 from 10am to 2pm with his service to follow at 2pm. He will be laid to rest at Crowel Chapel Cemetery in Decaturville, TN.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations for his services can be made to Stanfill Funeral Home & Cremation.
