Mrs. Betty J. Pollack Nowell, age 81, passed away Sunday, March 29th, 2020 in Jackson, TN. She was born August 4 th, 1938 in Henderson County to the late Charlie Garrett Pollock and Lavern Dickson Pollock. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, crocheting, sewing, and volunteer work. She was preceded in death by one son, Timothy Dyer, and one sister, Bobbie Vaughn. Survivors include her two sons, Jeff Dyer and Danny Dyer; brother Johnny Pollock, sister, Carolyn Dyer, eight grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. Private, family-only graveside services will be held Wednesday at Dyer’s Chapel Cemetery with Bro. Bobby Keen officiating. Henderson County Cremation Services of TN, LLC is in charge of arrangements.
