Donny Ray Hudson

Donny Ray Hudson passed away on March 16th, 2026 in Park Rest Nursing Home in Savannah, TN at the age of 75. He was preceded by his parents James Wilson Hudson and Rose Etta Duff Hudson, his brothers James Hudson and David Earl Hudson, his sister Shirley Ann Hudson, and his grandparents James Cleveland and Dalzie Hudson. He is survived by his brothers Robert Mancel Hudson, Larry Wayne Hudson, and Marlon Lee Hudson, his sisters Janice Evon Reid, Evelyn L. Blankenship, Brenda Kay Hairfield, Barbara Ann Keele, and Joyce Aletha Morris, his son Michael Ray Hudson, and his grandsons Hunter Hudson and Tyler Hudson, as well as two great-grandchildren.

Donny enjoyed spending time with his family. He had a deep love for southern gospel music, fishing, and reading his Bible. When he was able, he enjoyed going to church and being part of that fellowship. He was a kind and generous man, always giving in his own way, and he will be deeply missed. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the nursing home, the hospice staff, and all those that stopped by and prayed with him. Their kindness, attentiveness, and support meant more than words can express.
