Jay Patrick Julian

Jay Patrick Julian, age 55, died Sunday afternoon, October 3rd , 2021 at his residence after a long battle with diabetes and heart disease. He was born on October 3rd , 1966, in Elgin, IL to the late George W. Julian and Angie (Alexander) Julian. He graduated from Lexington High School. He graduated from JSCC with a degree in computers and went on to graduate from Bethel University with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science. After a career as a computer programmer, he went back to school and earned a
license in EMT and worked at Med-Center EMS in Jackson until his health started to decline. He was a ham radio operator and enjoyed raising chickens and loving on his many dogs. His favorite time was when he had all his granddaughters loving on him. Jay married the love of his life, Teresa, on September 12th , 1983. They made their home in Cedar Grove, TN. He was a member of House of Worship Missionary Baptist Church in Lexington, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents and half-sister,
Bonnie Sisson. Jay is survived by his wife of 38 years, Teresa Julian. Two sons: Eric Julian of Cedar Grove, TN and Christian Julian (Megan) of Lexington, TN and one daughter, Angel Julian of Cedar Grove, TN. Four granddaughters: Caliope, Annalise, and twins, Trinity and Kynlee. One brother, Philip Julian (Beth) of Jackson, TN. One half-brother, Danny Julian, of Elgin, IL. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, family has requested memorials be made to Frances Halbrook at the Hensley Animal Shelter 78 Mig Drive, Lexington, TN 38351 or House of Worship Missionary Baptist Church 4667 Poplar Springs Bargerton Road, Lexington, TN 38351.
