Jeania Gail Overman passed away February 6th, 2026 in Decatur County TN at the age of 65. She was preceded by her father Jon Padziora and her grandparents Leonard and Lexi Bledsoe. She is survived by her mother Joyce Overman, her husband Michael Eugene Overman, her brother Johnny Padziora, her sister Julie Bowman, her children Mickey Overman (Megan), Jaime Anderson (Bryan), and Ricky Baer (Kelly), her grandchildren Caleb Bowman, Kerilou, Kynlie, Cabela, and Kallie Anderson, Makenna and Maddie Overman, and Ivy and Ian. Ms. Overman was a very unique person. She fought all of her life for the things she loved and had no regard for her own pain. She found true happiness when she met the love her life (Michael). They made their life together…laughing, crying, and always loving their children (Mickey, Jaime, and Ricky). She loved her husband deeply and her children with every breath she took. She was blessed with new kind of love when she received grandchildren. She truly enjoyed being at the river and, anyone blessed enough to have known her, knew she would do anything to help people. Whether it is was clothes, food, money, or a place to stay. She loved animals, but wolves held a special place in her heart. She always put others first, no matter what was happening in her own life. Her love was fierce and when she said she loved you, she meant it! Above all things she believed in Jesus Christ, who she would fondly refer to as “Papa.” She had peace in her heart and was ready to see him. Although her family hurts and will miss her deeply, they find happiness knowing that her pain and suffering is over. She is at peace, having a beautiful and glorious time with “Papa.” Until we get to see you again…

Her visitation will be held at Stanfill Funeral Home & Cremation Tuesday February 10th, 2026 from 10am-2pm with her service to follow at 2pm. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice.
