Mrs. Blanche “Winnie” Dyer, age 78, passed away Wednesday, May 30th, 2018 in Jackson, TN, surrounded by family and friends. Mrs. Winnie is survived by her daughter Anita Tidwell, Son Frankie Dyer, grandson Marshall Tidwell, along with three beautiful great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Dyer, her parents Harold and Leota Noland, brothers Gene, Kenneth, and Ray Noland. She was buried in Sardis, TN. The family would like to thank Lexington Manor, Decatur County Nursing Home, and Jackson General Hospital for all their help during the families’ time of need.
