Julia L. Smith passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at the age of 95 in Jackson, TN. Mrs. Smith is survived by her daughter Celia (Travis) West, granddaughters Tracy Douglas, Charlotte Rushing, Daisy West, Amanda West, Courtney West, and Bethany West. Grandsons Bobby Hey, Brian Hey. 16 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Joe Smith, son Bob Hey, and granddaughter Diane West. Henderson County Cremation Services of TN, LLC is in charge of arrangements.
