Kenneth G Haggard

Kenneth G Haggard, age 74, passed away in the early hours of Thursday, June 12,2025 at his home. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years: Jane Esther Haggard; 2 sons – Lennon Haggard, Dylan (Renee)Haggard, 1 daughter- Devin (Danal) Maness; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Sharon Myers. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dallas and Evelyn Haggard. 

Kenneth was born and raised in Miami, Florida.  He and Jane met as youths and were married in July 1972.  They moved to the mountains of Sylva, NC for several years before buying land in Reagan, Tennessee in June of 1977. They raised their 3 children while Kenneth worked as a contractor. He built many beautiful homes in Henderson County. He and Jane were often seen working together along with their children. 

Kenneth was a hard worker who absolutely loved his trade. So much so that both of his sons followed in his footsteps. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to those that knew him well. He will be greatly missed.  

A memorial service will be held for Kenneth Haggard in the near future.  Details at a later time.
