Milton Devon Bowman passed away peacefully on January 27th, 2026 in Lexington, TN at the age of 79. He is preceded by his late wives Linda Kay Bowman and Frances Sipes Bowman, his brother Melvin Bowman, and his sisters Linda Bowman Jowers and Ruthie Mae Bowman Sumler. He is survived by his son Tim Bowman (Wendy), his step-children Larry Renfroe and Dolores Massengill Shriver (Dan), his grandson Welsey Bowman (Lydia), Abby Barrells (Bradley), Emmy Lankford (Cody), his step grandchildren Jody (La Dona) Massengill, Josh (Beth) Massengill, Justin Massengill, Jordan (Ashley) Massengill, Christopher (Michelle) Hood, Jason (Whitney) Renfroe, and Brittany (Jordan) Sinclair, his great-grandchildren Ido, Osa, Bryson & Charlotte, as well as his step great-grandchildren Gavin (Bridget) Massengill, Jacob (Ireland) Massengill, Jayden (Rebecca) Massengill, La Shay (Joseph) Martin, Blake Hood, Cailynn Cranford, Ava Massengill, Aden Massengill, Jaxxon Massengill, Jaci Massengill, and Beckley Sinclair. 

His visitation will be held at Stanfill Funeral Home & Cremation Saturday January 31st, 2026 from 10am-1pm with his service to follow at 1pm. Due to weather conditions, he will be laid to rest at a later date.
