Nashville, TN at the age of 70. He was preceded by his parents Q.T. Bailey and Lector Freeman Bailey, his
siblings Billy Neal Bailey, Alvin Jr. Bailey, and Danny Bailey. He is survived by his siblings Norris Vaughan
Bailey (Debbie), Paul Bailey (Mary), and Martha Harmon Lanis, his children Donavan Beech, Kerry Bailey,
Curtis Bailey, and Rebbeca Allen, his grandchildren Ryan Beech, Logan Bailey, Dawn Ballard, Lawerence
Ballard. Phillip worked for years at O.T. Bailey’s Sawmill in Reagan, TN. He loved life and loved living it.
