Reba Doris Adkins

Reba Doris Adkins, age 82, of Lexington, TN went home to be with the lord on December 18, 2021. Ms. Adkins was a loving wife and mother. She was a homemaker and babysitter for several years. Known by many as “Granny.” She enjoyed sewing, crafting, spending time with her family, and watching after her grandkids. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years Ivan D. Adkins, both her parents Simon and Nellie Tanner, and a daughter Gwendolyn Nichols, a special grandson Trevor Starbuck, 4 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by a son Eric Adkins, daughter Kim Brown, step-daughters Barbara (Gary) Tanner, Linda (Larry) Raymer, grand-daughters Amanda (Keith) Blankenship, Jessica Brown, Noel (Tim) Moses, Amber (Tim) Gilmer, Kelsey Starbuck, Sandra Tanner, Kathy (Tim) Sills, Teresa (Dennis) Cherry. Grand-sons Jason (Rachel) Nichols, Brandon Adkins, Robbie Starbuck, Darrion (Angie) Tanner, Larry (Daphne) Raymer II.   13 great grandchildren, 3 brothers and 1 sister. Ms. Adkins wished to be cremated and no services have been made at this time.
