Ricky Thomas Fowler

Ricky Thomas Fowler passed away on September 8th, 2026 in Jackson, TN at the age of 73. He was preceded by his parents Claude & Velma Fowler, his brothers Charles (Martha) Fowler & Jimmy (Eddy Dale) Fowler, and her sister Vernice Fowler. He is survived by his brothers Joe (Patricia) Fowler, Donnie (Pat) Fowler, Bruce (Donna) Fowler, and Danny (Maureen) Fowler, his sisters Virginia (Paul) Boggs, Janice (Collins) Moody, Doris (Billy) Jones, Carolyn (Arthur) Watson, and Betty (Jerry) Swafford, his children Sheree (Ricky) Goodman, Amanda Fowler, Tiffany Fowler, and Ricky (Rebecca) Fowler, his grandchildren Brandon Goodman, Darcey Nix, Riley Goodman, Avery Goodman, Adele Fowler, Ainsley Fowler, and numerous nieces and nephews and close friends.

Ricky was a small business owner with his brother Danny of Fowler’s Transmission for many years. He was avid outdoorsman and hunter. He competed in power lifting events and was an active member of his gym. He loved gardening on his farm. He could always be counted on by his neighbors, friends, and family.

A memorial celebrating Ricky will be held at a later date. TBD
