Teddy Blackstock passed away Thursday, June 18th, 2020 at the age of 54 in Lexington, TN. He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years Cheryl Blackstock. Sons Steven (Shannon) Blackstock and Randy (Ashley) Blackstock. Daughters Summer Blackstock, Jennifer (Cody Tate) Young, Cassie (Matthew) Scott, and Jessica Johnson. Sisters Tammy Wynes, Sherry Blackstock, brothers Tim (Kim) Blackstock of Ripley TN and Tobby Blackstock of Middle TN. 9 Grandchildren, 2 nephews, and a special friend Mark Braun. He was preceded in death by Parents Randolph (Doc) and Dorothy Blackstock, along with a mother-in-law Jacqueline Tuck-Floyd. Services are planned to be at Lexington Church of God on Saturday, June 27, 2020, with visitation starting at 11:00 am followed by the service at 2:00 pm. Henderson Co. Cremation Services of TN, LLC in charge of arrangements.
