Ms. Wanda Fay Manley passed away Saturday, February 9, 2019, at the age of 64 in Jackson, TN. Ms. Manley is survived by her four siblings Dennis Parker, Roger Maness, Robert Maness, and Brenda Tillman. Along with several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by parents Harmon and Ruth Maness. Brothers Preston Parker, Billy Ray Maness, Jerry Maness, and Sammy Maness. The family has chosen Henderson County Cremation Services of TN to handle the arrangements.
