Wanda Glenn Scott

Wanda Glenn Scott was born February 1st, 1949 and passed from this life August 28th, 2025. She was a beloved mother and grandmother and great friend to all who knew her. She loved spending her time with her great grandchildren doing puzzles and just being close to them even after her stroke. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy “Jimbo” Scott, her parents Willie D. And Woodrow Bivins, 3 brothers J.T. Bivins, J.M Bivins, William Bivins and 1 sister Betty Jo Mott, and her son James Daryl Scott. 

She is survived by 1 brother Lenoard Dale Bivens of Scotts Hill and 1 sister Linda ‘Steve’ Moyers of Virginia, her daughter Melanie ‘Jimmy’ Whittle of Huron, 4 granddaughters Lakisha ‘Raymond’ Hamilton of Huntingdon, Rebecca Scott of Kentucky, Samantha’ Matthew’ Bowman of Huron, Megan Collins of Kentucky, and 1 grandson Anthony Scott of Kentucky. She was blessed with 12 great grandchildren: Alabama, Bailey, Elijah, Charlotte, Brody, Dallas, M.J., Paislee, Aubrey, Alexis, Hadleigh, and Kayce. Her memory will live on through them.

The family has chosen cremation and will have a celebration of life at a later date.
