Dale Smith Garlock

Dale Smith Garlock passed away Tuesday December 20th 2022 in his home in Lexington, TN at the age of 87. He was born in Angola, New York on July 22nd 1935. He served in the Army for Headquarters First Armored Division in Fort Polk, Louisiana, from 1954-1956. He married Sonie Garlock on June 6th 1958 until her passing in 2002. He was a mason while living in Florida and moved to Tennessee in 1976. He retired from Jackson Madison County General Hospital as a carpenter on July 17th 2000. He loved farm life, hunting, fishing, and being with family, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends. He was preceded by his wife Sonie J. Garlock, his parents’ Chester and Ethel Garlock, and his nephew Ricky Eisenzimmer. He is survived by his sister Dawn (Jim) Eisenzimmer; his sons Gary (Paula) Garlock and Mitch Garlock; his daughter Tami (Jeff) Zimmerle; his grandchildren Michael, Becki, Hallie, and Dana Garlock, Holli (Ryne) Reynolds, and Brandon Zimmerle and his great grandchildren Kade, Kole, Jaxon, and Colbi Reynolds, Molly and Mathew Garlock, and Emma, Chloe,and Henry Russon.
