Charles Ragland

Charles Edward Ragland passed away on May 7th, 2025 in Decaturville, TN at the age of 75. He was preceded by his parents Edward and Arnita Ragland, his brother Gary Ragland and Walter Ragland, his sisters Shirley (Carlos), Connie Ragland, and Jane Ragland, and his son Charles and Bo Ragland. He is survived by his wife Faye Ragland, his brother Roger Ragland, his sister Jeannie, his children Charlotte Vandyke, Wayne Ragland, Walter Ragland, Shad Vandyke, as well as his grandchildren Alex Ragland, Amber, Haley Ragland, Courtney, and Ercia Ragland.

Charles Ragland was a grumpy young man who liked to drink, smoke, and play guitar – he stayed the same as he aged. A grumpy old man who loved to cut up with everyone he saw. We will love and miss him every day. Now, he is cutting up with Charles, Bo, and Grandpa. We are sorry Grandma; we kept him as long as he would stay. The family wishes they had more chances to tell you that you were a great father. He will be deeply loved and missed by his family and friends.
