Christopher Stephen Bowman

Christopher Stephen Bowman passed away on April 28th, 2026 in Memphis, TN at the age of 57. He was preceded by his father Melvin Bowman. He is survived by his mother Sandra  Bowman, his sister Katrina McCrury (Caleb), his niece KaSandra McCrury, and his nephew Aaron McCrury.

Chris lived in Martin for over 55 years. He loved God, his family, and his church. He was very outgoing and loved every activity involving church. He was always seen around town visiting the local shops. Until the covid pandemic he was very active in everything available to him. After that he slowly began to decline in his health. Still determined he had never stopped until April 7th, 2026 when he had a drastic fall. But he is now in the arms of his savior, Jesus Christ. Please don’t forget the many memories he made with each of you. Much love always Chris, until we meet again.
