Janice Walker Dannar, 65, of Jacks Creek, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on July 18th, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, compassion, and devotion to her family.

Janice was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, family member, and friend. Her greatest joy in life was the love she shared with those closest to her. She was the proud mother of her eldest son, Matthew Walker, her daughter, Elizabeth Dannar Azevedo; and her youngest son, Blake Dannar.

Janice devoted her life to supporting, encouraging, and loving her children unconditionally. She was their source of strength, comfort, and guidance, always offering a listening ear, a caring heart, and endless love. Her children and their families were her greatest treasures and her legacy will continue through the lives she touched.

She was blessed with two wonderful daughter-in-laws and one son-in-law who became a cherished part of her family: Cari Heaton, Ryan Azevedo, and Shallon Lyles.

One of Janice’s greatest blessings was being a grandmother to her cherished grandchildren: Jaelin Walker, Braden Walker, Asher Azevedo, and Sophia Dannar. She treasured every moment spent with them, celebrating their lives, sharing her love, and creating memories they will carry with them forever. Her love and devotion as a grandmother will remain a lasting gift to them.

Janice was a woman of dedication and strong character throughout her life. She worked in Accounts Receivable at Snippers Choice, where she was valued for her commitment, reliability, and professionalism. She also served the Chester County School System, where her kindness and willingness to help others left a lasting impression on those around her.

Those who knew Janice will remember her warm smile, gentle spirit, and generous heart. She had a special way of making others feel cared for and welcomed. Her love was shown not only through words, but through the countless acts of kindness she gave so freely to her family, friends, and community.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents James Walker and JoAnn Kelly Walker; her brothers Michael Cole, Jeff Walker, and Teddy Walker, and her sister Jackie Walker and Patty Walker Henley.

She is survived by her children Matthew Walker and wife Cari Heaton, Elizabeth Dannar Azevedo and her husband Ryan Azevedo, and Blake Dannar and wife Shallon Lyles; her beloved grandchildren, Jaelin Walker, Braden Walker, Asher Azevedo, and Sophia Dannar; her sisters, Betty Walker McHone, Karen Walker,  and Crystal Walker; along with extended family members and dear friends who will forever cherish the memories they shared with her.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Janice Walker Dannar at Stanfill Funeral Home and Cremation. Visitation will be held Tuesday July 21st, 2026 12pm-9pm and Wednesday July 22nd, 2026 from 10am-2pm with her service to follow at 2pm. She will be laid to rest at Johnsons Crossroads Cemetery in Jacks Creek, TN.

Through her passing leaves a great emptiness in the hearts of those who loved her, her legacy of love, kindness, and devotion will continue through the lives she touched. Her memory will remain a blessing, and she will be forever loved, forever remembered, and deeply missed.

Forever loved. Forever Remembered. Forever Missed.
