Ms. Phyllis W. Smith passed away Thursday evening December 13, 2018, at the age of 78 in Linden, TN surrounded by family. Ms. Smith is survived by daughters Theresa Gray (Danny Trull) Linden, TN, Samille Thurber (Ivan Thurber) Fairview, TN, stepson Jason Smith Baker City, OR, grandson Lance Fuhrman (Ashleigh Fuhrman) Clarksville, TN along with a great-granddaughter Attanell Amelia Fuhrman. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and beloved grandson Phillip Fuhrman. Henderson County Cremation Services of TN, LLC is in charge of planning arrangements.
