Sherry Ann Belew

Sherry Ann Belew ascended to her heavenly home on June 3rd, 2025 in Lexington, TN at the age of 74. She was preceded by her parents Ella Mae Hammons and Keelon Hammons, her sisters Marcella McCaldin and Vanessa Hammons. She is survived by her brothers Tommy and Dennis Corder, her sister Judy Helen Burnett, her children Phillip Jason Belew and Emilee Hope Phillips, her grandchildren Jeffrey Mitchell Belew, Hayden Anthony Phillips, and Joshua Landon Phillips, as well as her great grandchildren Phillip Nathan Belew, Adalee Landry Phillips, and Raylee Grace Phillips.

Sherry was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend to many. It would be wrong to say Sherry lost her battle to cancer because she never stopped fighting. Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly look like. We honor her forevermore. I love you Mother.
