Nancy Sipes

Nancy Sipes passed away November 26th, 2025 in Lexington, TN at the age of 68. She was preceded by her parents Lawerance Newland and Evelyn Newland, her brother Kenneth, Raymond, and Robert Oguinn, her sisters Tela Oguinn and Mary Page. She is survived by her “Ex-husband” Thomas Ward Sipes, her brother Joe Page, her sister Martha Jean Oguinn, her children Thomas (Carol) Lynn Sipes and Tammy (Tim) Reneea Weathers, her grandchild Thomas (Madison) D. Sipes, her great-grandchild Letti Pearl Sipes, and her niece Teresa (Robert) Harmon.
